NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Finalists are chosen on their costumes alone, and purchases play no part in that choice. In the final drawing among the 3 finalists, purchases earn bonus entries that increase a finalist's chance of winning (see Sections 5 and 6).

1. Sponsor

The contest is sponsored by PSR, Inc., 145 Cane Creek Industrial Park Rd., Ste. 550, Fletcher, NC 28732 ("Sponsor"), operator of ShopPetTest.com. The contest runs across PetTest US, PetTest Canada and PetTest UK, with one winner selected across all three.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate families and members of their households are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Contest period

Entries are accepted from October 12, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time through October 30, 2026 at 2:00 PM Eastern Time (the "Contest Period"). Entries posted after the Contest Period ends will not be considered.

4. How to enter

1. Dress your pet in a Halloween costume and take a photo.
2. Go to our Facebook page, facebook.com/PetDiabetes, and find our official contest post, pinned to the top of the page.
3. During the Contest Period, add your photo as a comment on that post, with your pet's name. Adding #PetTestHalloween is encouraged but not required.

Only photos commented on the official contest post are entries; photos posted anywhere else, including on your own page, are not. Limit one costume entry per pet. The photo must be your own, show your own pet, and not include anyone who has not agreed to appear. Your pet's comfort comes first: costumes must not restrict breathing, sight or movement, and Sponsor may disqualify any entry that appears to put a pet at risk.

5. Entries in the final drawing

Photo entry: each eligible costume photo entry earns 100 entries in the final drawing.

Bonus entries: earn 1 bonus entry for each $1 (US dollar), CA$1 or £1 spent on ShopPetTest.com, PetTest.ca or PetTest.uk during the Contest Period, based on order totals including taxes and shipping. To credit bonus entries, finalists will be asked for the email address used on their orders.

6. How the winner is selected

Step 1, finalists: a panel of Sponsor staff will review all eligible entries and select 3 finalists based on the costume (creativity, originality and overall Halloween spirit).

Step 2, drawing: on or about November 3, 2026, after the Contest Period ends and finalists have had 3 days to provide the email address used on their orders, one winner will be selected by random drawing from among the 3 finalists. Each finalist's chance of winning equals their total entries under Section 5 divided by the combined entries of all 3 finalists.

One (1) winner will be selected across PetTest US, PetTest Canada and PetTest UK combined.

7. Prize

The winner receives US$100 in store credit each month for 12 months, November 2026 through October 2027. The credit amount and store are set by the winner's country: US$100 per month on ShopPetTest.com, CA$140 per month on PetTest.ca, or £75 per month on PetTest.uk.

Credit is issued on the 1st of each month and expires at the end of that month. Any unused balance is cleared at month end and does not carry over; a new credit is issued on the 1st of the following month. Store credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

8. Winner notification

Finalists and the winner will be contacted by Facebook message. Finalists will be asked to reply within 3 days with the email address used on their orders; bonus entries cannot be credited without it, but the finalist's 100 photo entries still count. The potential winner must respond within 3 days. If a potential winner does not respond in time or is found ineligible, a new drawing will be held among the remaining finalists.

9. Use of your photo

By entering, you allow Sponsor to share your entry photo, Facebook name and pet's name on PetTest social channels, websites and emails, with credit to you, without further payment. You keep ownership of your photo.

10. General terms

This contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Meta. Sponsor may disqualify entries that are offensive, copied from someone else, or that do not follow these rules. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late or not visible because of account privacy settings or platform issues.

11. Privacy

Information collected for this contest is used to run the contest and contact entrants, as described in our privacy policy: shoppettest.com/policies-and-documents.

12. Governing law

These rules are governed by the federal laws of the United States and the laws of the State of North Carolina. Entrants who live outside the United States take part on their own behalf and are responsible for complying with the laws of their own country.

13. Winner announcement and questions

The 3 finalists will be announced on or about November 2, 2026, by pet name and Facebook profile name. The winner will be announced on our Facebook page, facebook.com/PetDiabetes, by their Facebook profile name after they accept the prize. Personal details the winner shares with Sponsor to claim the prize, such as their legal name and email address, are used only to deliver the prize and are not made public.
