By purchasing sharps (syringes, lancets or pen needles) you are asserting that you are over 18 years of age and that you intend to use these medical devices for the treatment of diabetes or for another legitimate medical purpose.
Although it is not an issue in most states, some require the purchaser to have a prescription for syringe sales. Here we list the states and counties with their respective laws, but note that you are solely responsible for following the laws in your state. Suppliers may reserve the right to refuse any order in the event that filling such order would violate any federal, state, or local law or regulation. You must email us the prescription at ecommerce@pharmasupply.com in order for your shipment to be released.

CA: Restricted
Due to California's CalRecycle stewardship regulations, we can no longer ship syringes, lancets, or pen needles to addresses within California. Meter kits and test strips are not affected and ship to California normally.
If your cart contains a restricted item and a California shipping address, you can remove it at checkout to continue with the rest of your order. Any order containing a restricted item placed to a California address will be cancelled and refunded after review.
