CT & NJ: These states require a prescription for quantities over 10 syringes.
IL: Illinois requires a prescription for quantities over 100 syringes.
US Virgin Islands: Requires a prescription to order syringes of any quantity.
If you are ordering to CT, NJ, IL, or the US Virgin Islands and exceed the non-prescription limits, we must confirm your prescription. Please fax your prescription to (561) 795-1743 or send it by e-mail to ecommerce@pharmasupply.com.
DE, FL, NH, NY, & VA: In these states, you assert that you are over the age of 18. (Note: Local county ordinances in Florida require residents of Miami-Dade, Monroe, and Broward Counties to provide a prescription prior to shipment).
NV: In Nevada, you assert syringes will be used for diabetic purposes or a legitimate medical purpose.
