    Being so new to this and not having a clue what I was doing, I appreciated how simple this meter was to use. I even taught my 15 year old how to use it in case of an emergency! Thank you for a great affordable product!

    Could not get Lancet pen to prick and even put it to highest point PETTEST MODERATOR: Pamela, thank you for your review. We will happily troubleshoot or replace the lancing device if it is malfunctioning. All you need to do is call our 24/7 Technical Support at 866-373-2824. If they can't get things figured out, they are authorized to replace it for you.

    It has been a life saver!! Easy to use. So far It has been great. Just wish I had ordered box test strips when I ordered meter. It comes 25 but if you have never used before. You could waste a few strips.

    It's not easy to have a dog with diabetes but this meter makes it easier to keep up with their levels. I have never done anything like this before so it was nice to know I could figure it out after a couple of tries.
