    I was nervous transitioning from an AlphaTrak2 to the PetTest. I shouldn’t have been. This is perhaps the easiest meter I’ve ever used. The time you have to get the blood from the time you enter the strip into the machine is much more forgiving than the AlphaTrak2. Additionally, I was also concerned about the strip as I was very used to captured and it did it on the sides where the PetTest captures at the tip. I was honestly surprised at how little blood was needed and how quickly the strip sucked it up! I also like that the strips are 2) individually wrapped (watertight) and much more affordable than the AlphaTrak2. Overall I’m very happy with the PetTest meter and will recommend it to everyone.     The PetTest meter is easy to use and strips do not require a lot of blood. Helps managing my sugar-pup's diabetes fairly easier.

    The meter large enough for arthritic hands. Plus it uses AAA batteries which is a big plus.
