Not sure why they cube individually pkg. I realize this is for animals, ppl don't come that way. Seems to add to the cost. PETTEST MODERATOR REPLY: Thanks for your review, Bert! The PetTest test strips are individually foil wrapped to help protect them against temperature extremes (especially during shipping) and humidity. The test strips are packed in a sterile clean room with only 10% humidity, so as soon as you open each wrapper, the strip is factory fresh. As for cost - the strips have not changed price since we introduced the foil wrapping.

Got my newest shipment of testing strips for sweet Remington, and at first was a little unhappy with the new shape of the box. However, when I opened it up and saw the new packaging I was thrilled. Now I can pull back the strip covering and insert it into the tester without touching the strip. It's no longer hard to open, and is the absolute problem solver for all the issues I had with these strips. Thanks guys!!
