Happy to have available at home testing for our pets. When I first bought my PetTest meter, the strips came in a little plastic bottle. I would like the opportunity to purchase them in the bottle again instead of having to open each sealed strip. Also, my strips don't fill to the line most of the time. I try to have it suck like a straw (and I can see the drop being sucked into the strip) and the droplet is definitely big enough. PETTEST MODERATOR: Ann, thank you for your review! We have not heard of many people getting the error you described, but stand behind our products 100%. If you would like our technical support team to troubleshoot, please call 866-373-2824. As for the request for the old style "loose" test strips in the bottle, we will not be returning to that packaging, as the newly packaged strips are protected from moisture and temperature, yet simple to open!
