A Quick Guide to Reading Pet Glucose Meters

A Quick Guide to Reading Pet Glucose Monitors

After Lucy was diagnosed with diabetes I ordered a meter and quickly set it up. I didn’t really understand much about canine diabetes at that point but I knew that testing blood glucose levels was important. Today I am going to quickly go over how to read pet glucose meters after initial set-up. I will be using the PetTest Meter for reference but all meters should be read in the same manner.

Grab a cup of your favorite caffeinated beverage and let’s jump right in.
