Works fine when you add a small piece of padding to make needle a bit longer.

I've been using the older version lancing device and decided to try the Red Dot Lancing Device. It is quieter than the older version, and now goes an extra depth of 6. This setting is a great option if you have a companion animal with "thicker" skin. And bonus, Lucy isn't bothered by the gentle clicking noise! You get a thumbs up PetTest, thank you!
